コンセプトショップ BROOK'S CAFÉ ～1杯のコーヒーに注ぐ和の心～

Established in 1968, BROOK’S started off as a humble teashop.
With our desire to serve a better cup of tea, we have honed our skill in tea-roasting,
an important process that determines the taste of tea.
This expertise we accumulated lives on in the roasting of BROOK’S coffee.
While it is easy to lose sight of the customer's face in the eCommerce business,
we interpret it as a "bidirectional business model" and for 46 years since our foundation,
we have strived to make products and provide service that are not unidirectional.
An exquisite taste creation, the Japanese traditional hospitality and spirit of harmony,
and a cuisine tradition of paying respect to the natural taste of ingredients.
What we term as "和 Wa Coffee" is the concoction of
these Japanese spirit of "Wa" and BROOK'S incessant pursuit of perfection.

The streets of Harajuku, Tokyo, is where people of different ages
and nationalities from all walks of life congregate,
where culture, art, fashion converge, and where these factors merges to spark more inspiration.
To spread BROOK'S 和 Wa Coffee from this location and fill the world with joy – that is our wish.

We sincerely wish that BROOK’S CAFÉ will become a place
where people can experience firsthand the service that BROOK’S provide,
and at the same time a place where people and people,
