・After you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
・When you place multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each box shipped and for each place of shipment.

・The place of shipment will differ by items. Please check the place from which each of your items will be shipped
・All of the places of shipment are BROOK’S group companies.

●Ordering multiple items

・Items from the ‘Japanese food items’ category can be shipped together in one delivery.

 However, your orders may be divided in multiple shipments in the following case:
・When shipped from different places
・When orders include items other than Japanese food items, and are shipped from
   the Nakai Distribution Center
・When orders exceed the capacity of one box in terms of size and weight.
・When items are not eligible for combined delivery.

The number of boxes will be displayed on the screen while you shop.

Please note that some of your items may require additional delivery time depending on the place of shipment or our stock status. In case we are out of stock, we will notify you in advance.

●Shipping confirmation email
 After your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number for each box shipped from each place of shipment.

Payment

Payment must be made in one lump sum regardless of the number of your items.

About import regulations and prohibitions

Please note that prohibited and restricted items vary depending on the country.
For further details about the items prohibited and restricted in your country, please refer to the website of the customs office or make inquiry.
Please take note that if the item you have ordered is confiscated by customs office we will not refund you.

The carrier for our products is Japan post and their affiliating national postal companies in each country.

How to place an order

We take orders via the ordering form of our website.
Please note that we do not take orders via e-mail, Fax or phone calls.

1)    Choose an item from our list, then make a purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

2)    Double check the items in your cart, then click “Proceed to checkout”.

3)    Log in with your password. (First time customers should register with us before purchasing.)

4)    Check the item list and your registered information, then input your credit card information and click “Next”.

5)    Make sure all information is correct, then click “Order”.

6)    A screen will appear announcing your order has been completed.

After you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

If you’re delivering items to China (if you have selected “China” as your country), you may also pay via Alipay. After clicking “Order” at step 5, complete your payment via Alipay’s payment page. After you have finished the payment procedure with Alipay, your order will be placed.

Purchasing multiple items

Multiple items can be purchased in a single order. If you want to purchase multiple items, please make sure to check that they are in your cart before the payment. Please note that even if multiple items are ordered in a single order, each item will be delivered separately.

Details of your order

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order.
You can check your order history at MyPage’s “Order history”.
For orders shipped by Express and/or Standard delivery (mailbox delivery not included), you will receive another e-mail announcing the shipment.
Please note that there may be cases where you won’t receive the order confirmation e-mail due to incorrect registration of information.
