Product Information

This smooth and tasty curry roux contains apple and honey, whose health benefits have been appreciated in Vermont state, America. The apple paste is made in Japan.

Ingredients: cooking oil (beef tallow and pork lard blended oil, palm oil), wheat flour, salt, sugar, cornstarch, curry powder, defatted soybean, spices, tomato powder, pork extract, processed cheese, sauce powder, honey, banana paste, garlic powder, roasted onion powder, tomato seasoning, yeast extract, onion extract, sesame paste, sugared milk powder, buttermilk powder, whole milk powder, apple paste, brown roux, soy sauce powder, cheese, glucose, skim milk powder, cocoa powder, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), colouring (caramel, paprika), emulsifier, acidulant, natural and artificial flavours, spice extracts (Contains soybeans, wheat, milk, sesame, banana, chicken, pork and apple.)

Serving instructions:
●Ingredients (For 12 portions)
1 box-Vermont Curry (hot), 500g Meat, 800g Onions (4 medium sized), 450g Potatoes (3 medium sized), 200g Carrots (1 medium sized), 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1400ml Water (1250ml if you use a lid during cooking) * Use half the amount of ingredients and 850ml of water.(750ml if you use a lid)

●Directions (for 1400ml water)
①Cut all the ingredients into bite-size. Cook them thoroughly in a thick pot over medium heat.(Until onions are softened)
②Pour 1400ml of water and cook until vegetables/meat are softened. Skim off the scum. (Cook for approx. 15minutes after boiling at low-medium heat)
③Stop heating. Break curry roux and add to the pot to melt.
④Bring back to a low heat and stir until it gets thickened.(Cook for approx. 10 min, over low heat)If you want to add honey, add it to the mixture at the process of ② and cook for more than 20minutes after boiling.
